# New-account trading restrictions

Trading unlocks 24 hours after a character on a new account reaches level 15. Understand when the timer actually starts.

On a new account, all trading features unlock 24 hours after a character on that account reaches level 15. Reaching level 15 starts the wait; it does not immediately remove the restriction.

## Two conditions, in order

First, a character on the account must reach level 15. Then 24 hours must pass. Nexon states this as a new-account rule covering all trading features.

For example, if the qualifying character reaches level 15 at 18:00 UTC on Monday, the stated 24-hour period ends at 18:00 UTC on Tuesday. This example explains the timing rule; it does not check the status of your account.

## Write down the milestone time

Record when the character reached level 15, including the timezone. Compare the same timezone when working out the end of the wait. Account age by itself does not identify when the level requirement was met.

Do not give another player your login information to resolve a trading restriction. A fan site cannot remove an official account restriction.

## If trading is still unavailable

Check the qualifying level and whether a full 24 hours has elapsed. If both are satisfied and the issue persists, describe the blocked action and the milestone time to official support.
