All four first jobs advance at level 10 in Classic World. At level 30, return to the same instructor to choose a second-job specialization.

## Where to advance at level 10

Choose the town that matches your intended class. The instructor names below come from Nexon’s Grand Launch release notes; follow the current quest dialogue when you arrive.

## Every second-job branch at level 30

Your first job determines which second-job branches you can choose. Return to your job instructor at level 30 and read the advancement options.

Treat your level-30 choice as a planning decision. Compare the skills and equipment available in the current game, then buy for that branch. A build written for another MapleStory version may assume different skills or advancement requirements.
