## Choose a town and meet its contact

Henesys and Kerning City offer citizenship. Arthur is the contact at Henesys Town Hall; Roxy is at Kerning City Civic Center. You must be level 12 or above to start the system.

Keep this choice separate from job advancement. A town can be your citizenship destination for housing and local services as well as somewhere you visit for a class.

| Town | Citizenship | Housing |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Henesys | Arthur · Town Hall | Bianca |
| Kerning City | Roxy · Civic Center | Scarlett |

## Build Contribution through local requests

Visit the town’s Community Board to find requests from residents. Completing requests earns Contribution toward your Citizenship grade. Higher grades open more opportunities to help the town.

Nexon lists local perks including specialty-shop access, cab discounts, Storage Keeper discounts, and discounts on some general-store items. Read the current service and shop details before budgeting for a purchase.

## Talk to the Housing Registrar

Once you are a citizen with Visitor grade or higher, you can purchase a home with mesos from the Housing Registrar: Bianca in Henesys or Scarlett in Kerning City. You can own one home at a time.

Housing is shared by all characters on the same account. You can decorate with furniture, invite other players to visit, and visit their homes. Check the registrar’s current price and conditions before spending your mesos.

## Plan for a home without a guessed price

Make a short list of what you want from the town: its services, its housing style, or proximity to the activities you enjoy. Keep a meso reserve for your next normal session before buying decorations.

For exact prices, use the registrar and furniture information in your current game. A comparison based on a different test build can send you toward the wrong budget.
